Season 2 of the Winchester Basketball League tipped off on 26 January. All the teams that competed last season are returning with the exception of the Eagles and the Winchester University Knights. The returning teams are the defending champion Winchester Blazers, Solent League Division 2 Warriors, Solent League Division 3 Wizards and the Giants. The league have also added last seasons Solent League division 2 team Thornden and the latest additions to the league are the Southsiders and Supersonics.
